I started HR XCEL because I saw a very real need, especially in mid-sized companies, for Human Resource support.

There are many companies out there that desperately need HR expertise, but simply can’t afford to hire the internal resources to gain that expertise. And many times companies choose to invest in other areas that directly contribute to the bottom line – leaving a void in a very critical area.
